· Collaboration with an Italian company in the supply and the sale of olive oil machines.
· Translations of English and Italian texts into the Greek language and vice versa.
· Conduct title checks and encumbrances on real estate of owners in mortgage offices and in land registries where they exist.
· Issuance of payment orders and registration of promissory notes on debtors' properties.
· Taking over the cases of over-indebted natural persons who have joined the settlement of their debts in accordance with Law 3869/2010, which was subsequently amended by Law 4161/2013 and then by Law 4346/2015.
· Provision of legal services for almost four years to a contractor of a design company in terms of carrying out title checks on properties of owners located in the Prefecture of Messinia in the context of the cadastral study for the creation of the National Land Registry of the Regional Unity of Messinia".
